I’ve been a member of this ladies' gym for more than one month now, and I reduced 4 kg in one month with consistent diet and workout.The gym itself is pristine, with a variety of top-notch equipment that caters to all fitness levels. Whether you're into strength training, cardio, or group classes, they have something for everyone.The trainers(Jiji and Khulood)are highly knowledgeable and dedicated and they are ready to help at any time . I particularly love the variety of group classes—they're fun, challenging, and help me stay motivated.It’s a place where women of all ages and fitness levels feel comfortable and supported. The focus on health and well-being, rather than just aesthetics, makes it refreshing experience This gym has become a vital part of my fitness journey, and I highly recommend it to any woman looking for a welcoming and motivating environment to reach their goals!

Absolutely love this gym! On the day I went to check the gym out, the receptionist was so reassuring. Coach Jiji, who is incredibly professional, always patient and ready to assist, making my transition seamless despite my initial language concerns as I’m not an Urdu speaker. Her classes are engaging and fashioned to our needs. Also, the presence of the amazing women enriches the sessions. Highly recommend!

I have joined this gym last year in oct and my instructor is JiJi . She is a lovely and loyal instructor. Very knowledgeable and trained. Gym owner helna and other instructor khluood is also very nice . They have very nice environment and facilities. Must join this gym.

Worst gym ever.
I just wasted my money here as there is no guidance provided by the trainer and if you ask any question they will just stare at you clueless as they dont understand a single word of English. The trainer is from kerela who only speaks her language and helps people from there and you are just left with machines without any assistance.
Do not ever think of joining as the trainers are always on their phones doing something instead of paying attention to the members even while giving the so called unfruitful classes.
